I've Finished Blocks 4, 5 and 6 Giveaway!

Giveaway now Closed.

How are your blocks coming?  Have you forgiven me for "assigning" the half square triangle intense Arizona block yet?  I hope the ease of the bow-tie block made up for it.  :)  Starting next week we will focus on making flying geese for three weeks.  I will present three common methods for making flying geese and the blocks will progress from simple to complex.  I can't wait!

I don't have a bonus block challenge for you this week, but if you have finished blocks 4-6, leave a comment here to be entered to win this rainbow pack of Kona cottons.  The purple and red are fat quarters (18x22) and the blue, green, yellow and orange are approx. 11x22 inches.   We went school supply shopping yesterday, so I figured that a crayon pack of primary colors would be appropriate.  I can't believe that school starts in another week and a half.  Crazy!!

I will close the giveaway Thursday, August 11th after the kids are in bed.  To be entered you must leave a comment here not in any other post.  Thanks!

  9. Finished all of mine too. I was actually going to ask about the bonus blocks. Are they part of the 36 that we are doing? I'm not sure, and if they aren't, I don't think I will be doing them in the same fabrics. Maybe something else, for another quilt.

  35. Put me in detention. I'm SO far behind :o( I'll just drool over those solids and yell at myself until I get back to my sewing room. My long winded way of saying my 4-6 are NOT done, and since it's 12:30 here.....they won't be done before you go to bed. *grin* LOVING the QA though. Thank you!
